Install and confirm plan

Install from Shopify once approved, then confirm either Basic Monthly or Basic Yearly in Shopify App Pricing.

Run first sync

Run catalog, inventory, and recent sales rollup sync. If order access is not approved, product and inventory sync still work while sales-dependent analysis shows a clear warning.

Understand analysis windows and rules

MVP supports 30-day and 60-day no-sales windows, slow mover thresholds, quantity/value thresholds, exclusions, and discount recommendation tiers.

Review and export

Review the Dead Stock Plan, create campaign lists, and export merchant-reviewed CSVs. Exports contain product and inventory planning fields only.

Privacy and order data

Recent order line item data is used only to calculate aggregate sales activity. Customer identity fields are not requested or stored.

Troubleshooting

Check Sync and Logs pages for Shopify API access errors, rate limits, missing inventory access, or analysis failures.
