Privacy Policy

Deadstockly is a Shopify Admin operations app for inventory cleanup planning.

Data processed

• Store domain and app session data.
• Product identifiers, titles, SKUs, vendor, product type, product status, tags, price, compare-at price, and unit cost if available.
• Inventory item identifiers, inventory quantities, and location identifiers.
• Recent order line item data is used only to calculate aggregate sales activity and variant-level sales summaries.
• Billing status, settings, sync job status, export job metadata, and operational logs.

Customer data

The app does not request customer names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or billing addresses. The app does not store raw order data. It stores only aggregated variant-level sales counts by day.

Merchant control

The app does not automatically change prices, create discounts, change product status, modify inventory, edit themes, or affect the storefront. Recommendations are generated for merchant review.

Deletion and privacy webhooks

Shopify privacy webhooks are supported. Merchants can request deletion of shop-specific app data according to the retention policy.
